Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

All purchased products benefit from the right of withdrawal, which can be exercised by the Customer within 14 days from the date of product delivery.

In accordance with Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded or cannot be exercised in certain circumstances, including:

• Products without original packaging, or with open, damaged, or tampered packaging.
• Goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

How to request a return

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you need to follow these simple steps:

Shipping Costs and Conditions

• Return shipping costs: The shipping costs for returning the product are entirely at the Customer's expense.
• Product integrity: The product must be returned in perfect resale condition, undamaged and placed in its original protected packaging.
